 Claude Rankin has 40 years of business and
information technology
experience—several years with
a national consulting firm. He has
consulted in such diverse industries as broadcasting, banking, investments and
brokerage, insurance, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing,
and
e-business. He has served
as Interim CIO for a client firm, IT Auditor for another client, and
Software Quality Assurance Director for yet another. He has directed
a
Global Program Management Office.
He specializes in project and process
audits and in establishing best practices
and procedures in
alignment with international practices such as
ISO 10006, SEI-CMMI, and PMBOK. In addition, he has authored and
taught
SEI-CMMI courses and led engineering groups to Level 3
certification. He
holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
