Intended Audience

This course is designed for project managers who are planning to certify 
as a Project Management Professional® (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). A prerequisite is the project-related experience required for PMP certification. This course fulfills the project management education requirements 
for PMP certification.

Course Description

This five-day course provides an extensive overview of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) in preparation for the exam and application for 
PMP certification. Each knowledge area is reviewed in detail providing a roadmap for continued study if needed.

Learning Outcomes

Through mini lectures, short exercises, selected readings, exam tips, and exam review questions the project manager will gain confidence, have a thorough understanding of the exam requirements, and identify any areas of additional study.
