Michael Addario Mr. Michael Addario has nearly thirty years of Information Engineering experience, having held technical, management, executive, training, and consulting positions in a variety of organizations in North America, Europe, and Africa. He provides formal education and consulting in Project Management, Quality Assurance, and hands on assistance in using and implementing formal methodologies and standards. He excels in salvaging failing projects and in implementing formal methodologies and standards. As a representative of the Canadian Standards Association, Technical Committee on Quality Management, Mr. Addario assisted in the global development of ISO 10006 Quality management—Guidelines to quality in project management. Lloyd Weber Mr. Lloyd Weber has nearly twenty years experience in the IT and computer industry working in various communication roles such as technical information developer, editor, manager, educator, and consultant. He specializes in communication planning and problem-solving strategies. He has taught several communication-oriented courses at the college and university level and holds a Master’s Degree in Technical Communication from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has won several awards for documentation projects from the Society for Technical Communication (STC), and he has given presentations at STC’s international conference. Diane Gayeski Dr. Diane Gayeski
specializes in designing and helping organizations to adopt
integrated, performance-based, and innovative strategies for
communication and learning. She is the author of more than 100
articles and thirteen books, some of which are the principal texts
used in undergraduate, graduate and corporate education in
corporate communication, human resources, and instructional
systems design. Dr. Gayeski maintains an appointment as Professor
of Organizational Communication, Learning, and Design at Ithaca
